Ordering Information

There are several ways to order from Santa's House. If you have a question about ordering that isn't answered here, please call or email us.

Ordering by phone toll free:
Call us at 1-800-256-6440 (1-508-896-8254 outside of the US). When you call, please be ready with your shopping list, credit card information, and shipping information.

Ordering online:
Our online, shopping cart style ordering system is completely secure and safe for using your credit card. When you see an item you want, simply select your flavor options and then click the "Add to Cart" button. If you want to order more than one of any item, you may adjust the quantity box next to that item in your cart on the "Your Shopping Cart" page. When you are ready to check out, click the "Check Out Now" button and follow the instructions.

Ordering by mail:
Our shopping cart system supports mailed-in orders. Just use the cart system as described above in "Ordering online" and select "order through postal mail" on the page that appears after you click the "Check Out Now" button. The system will generate an order form suitable for mailing which you can print out and mail. If you do not want to enter your credit card information online, leave that line blank, print the form, and then write your credit card information in.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service based on the total value of the order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.

Exchanges and Refunds:
Exchanges may be made for the purchase price and for store crecit only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. No refunds, exchanges, or returns on discounted items.
